Now Kathy would blame my sense of adventure on my "weakness for Latin men" (see http://www.epps-in-japan.blogspot.com), however she would be wrong, the fault lies solely in my foot wear. My new pink shoes made me do it. They wanted to dance, so to speak. (The tentative name for my new shoes is the "Pink Flamingos" but this seems kinda uninspired so if anyone has any suggestions, by all means post a comment.)
