After a particulary awesome weekend in the great outdoors, I find myself experiencing a severe case of the Monday blues. This weekend, I once again made the trip to Ota to visit my friends Kathy and Jeff. Only a short hop, skip and jump from the big city (well ok a two and a half hour train ride, requiring 2 transfers!!) but well worth the effort. Friday night Kathy and I did what we do best: talk, drink and eat. (I think in that order too!) The next day Kathy, Jeff and I headed to Mount Akagi - the view was amazing. Unfortunately we were only able to enjoy it for a few moments before it started raining. I managed to snap a couple of pictures before heading back to the car. This pic turned out better than I anticipated.
