On Vacation With Willamina

I really wanted to blog last night but I was simply too exhausted!

My day yesterday:

Breakfast
Yoga class (9 - 11:30ish)
Recover by the pool
Lunch
Relaxing by the pool
Yoga class (2:30 - 4:30ish)
Dinner
Massage pool side
Bed at 8:30!

4 plus hours of yoga people - this is hardcore stuff. During the first class I went farther into the primary series than I've ever done before - our teacher is saying that we're going to be doing the whole series by the end of the week. (If you've no idea what I'm talking about then google: ashtanga primary series to get an idea.) I'm so happy - my yoga is going to deepen and improve so much over the next week. I'm really trying to reflect on my practice so I can get the most out of this experience. I'm a little tired and sore but unlike my last retreat I can still move about freely without experiencing a lot of muscle pain.

My next yoga class is at 3 o'clock. After dinner Juniper, Lydie (France), Roz (Singapore) and Nora (Brunei) and I are heading into Ubud, the closest city and having a look around. It'll be interesting to see more of Bali.

Tomorrow we only have a morning class. After eating breakfast we're heading out to one of the most famous sites in Bali: Uluwatu temple. We're also going to hit on of the beaches near it and hopefully catch a traditional Balinese dance show in the evening. So I'll be blogging again the day after tomorrow folks (hopefully with pictures!)

And I'll leave you with this:

It's Friday already!!! The Internet service here sucks so that's why I haven't updated. That combined with being exhausted from the yoga.

I'll before leaving Sunday for Australia.

In the Westcountry we refer to that as a "Shamb'o'wes" and there would be people calling for your resignation.

These people have six fingers and many tractors so I'm not sure how much we can rely on their opinion.

that's the end of the message, but you'd be disappointed if I didn't include the word 'large' in the comment. Ah, there it is.
