I'm posting the recipe from memory so hopefully it's complete and accurate.
- one tsp of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic (or to your taste)
- about a thumb sized peice of fresh grated ginger
- about half an onion, chopped
- one small head of broccoli chopped into bite-sized pieces
- one package of tofu, well pressed and cut into cubes
- 3 tsp of soya sauce
- about half a bag (100g) of cashew nuts
Saute garlic, ginger and onions in olive oil for about 3 or 4 minutes. Add the broccoli. After a few minutes add the tofu and the soya sauce. When the tofu is heated through add the cashew nuts. Mix well and there you have it another delicious veggie meal.
